Determination of compliance with radiation protection requirements |

According to the Law on radiation Protection, the sources of ionizing radiation, equipment for radiation protection and other equipment and materials which might cause higher exposure might be used only in case if they comply with radiation protection requirements.
The procedure of determination of this compliance is approved by the order of minister of health.
The order is not applied to medical devices which are under the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC and its amendments.
