One of the most important areas of activities of the Radiation Protection Centre is drafting (preparation) of legal documents related with radiation protection.

Drafts of laws, Governmental decrees legal documents and etc. are prepared on assignment of the Ministry of Health or on RPC initiative.

The drafts shall meet requirements given in the appropriate Lithuanian legislation.

The prepared drafts are sent to the appropriate institutions for their approval according to established procedures.
