For more particular evaluation of the demands of RP trainings in Lithuania it was made an comparison of lack of information about different aspects of radiation protection for workers dealing with sources of ionizing radiation (SIR) and for persons responsible for RP. The results of it are shown in table 1:

In accordance with results given above, it emerged that demands of RP for persons responsible for RP in and for workers dealing with SIR are different; consequently individual programs of RP training should be prepared for this two groups of workers

In conformity with results of this evaluation it was also established that demands of RP training vary for workers of different specialities so it let to draw inferences that programs of radiation protection training must be prepared also personally depending on particularity of activity.
On the bases of these results, there were prepared and approved training programmes suitable for different groups of interest and fulfilling their needs
